We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 12 organizations which offer 63 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

Our agents are independent licensed insurance producers and are not government employees. Plan availability varies by state, county, ZIP code, carrier, eligibility, and applicable enrollment rules. Not every plan, carrier, product, or benefit described on this website is available in every location or to every individual. Submission of an inquiry or request for information does not constitute enrollment in an insurance plan. Enrollment is subject to eligibility requirements, applicable enrollment periods, carrier approval, and the terms of the selected plan or policy.

3. Insurance Products and Services

Medicare Superhero, LLC may provide consulting and enrollment assistance relating to Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement plans, Prescription Drug Plans, annuities, life insurance, long-term care insurance, and other insurance products. Any discussion of an insurance product is subject to the product's actual contract, policy, certificate, underwriting requirements, state approval, carrier rules, and availability.
