A licensed agent may contact you regarding Medicare planning options and related insurance services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or by following the applicable opt-out instructions.

5. Medicare and Insurance Disclosures

Medicare Superhero, LLC is a private insurance agency. Medicare Superhero, LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal government or the Medicare/Medicaid programs.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 12 organizations which offer 63 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

Our agents are independent licensed insurance producers and are not government employees. Insurance availability, eligibility, benefits, rates, underwriting, and enrollment are subject to applicable law, enrollment periods, carrier requirements, and carrier approval.

6. Consumer Health Data

Some information submitted through our website or provided during a consultation may relate to your health, healthcare needs, Medicare eligibility, or insurance needs. We collect and use such information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as otherwise authorized by you or permitted by law.
